What do I know for sure?

When I discard all the second hand information (passed on through the master tool used only by human species - language), what do I know for sure?

Wave 03: You guys keep chatting. Am rushing ahead.

Wave 04: I wish I could just stop here and dissolve.

A curious case of no expectations or opinions

Yesterday, after an intense venting out session with couple of my friends, a thought emerged and stayed along.
"How wonderful not to have any expectations or any opinions."

My-mine-I-me

I read in the newspaper about the death of a kid in an accident in a far off town. I feel sad. Then I move on to the sports page. In the evening, I reach home and hear from B that Addu put his tiny fingers in a cup of boiling water and my heart cries...
Somebody's shop is robbed - I sigh; My credit card is lost - I scream
Somebody failed in an exam - I make right noises; My proposition didn't sail through - I get depressed
The list is never ending...
I realized, the suffering is not in the content. But in the association.
My, mine, I, me, tada tada tada
Where exactly is this ME located? :)

Effortlessly aware

Every single act, that is perceived as an effort, is like carrying a weight, while comfortably sitting inside a moving train.
I'm neither the doer, nor the facilitator, not even the witness - I AM THAT

The law of conservation of energy

The law of conservation of energy states that energy can be neither created nor destroyed. However, energy can change forms, and energy can flow from one place to another. The total energy of an isolated system remains the same. 
Given the fact that the Universe is in perfect equilibrium at any given point in time, there is nothing to change, nothing to do and nowhere to go. Everything is in its right place, whether the mind labels it as good or bad!
